3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Products must be in the original packaging, including all labels and seals intact.
  • The return request must be submitted within the 14-day Cancellation Period.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

4. Returns Process

  2. Receive Confirmation: We will confirm your return request and provide return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the Product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned Product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.
  5. Refund Processing: If eligible, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right to cancel within the Cancellation Period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us, unless the Products are faulty or not as described.

If you received faulty or incorrectly described Products, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange this.

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative.

6.2 Refund Timeframe

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

6.3 Deductions

We may deduct from the refund an amount reflecting any diminished value of the Products resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

7. Faulty or Incorrectly Described Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a Product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have additional rights:

  • Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund.
  • After 30 days but within 6 months: You are entitled to a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • After 6 months: You must demonstrate the fault was present at the time of delivery.

These statutory rights are in addition to, and are not affected by, the returns policy described above.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange a Product, please follow the returns process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired Product.

9. Damaged Items During Delivery

If your Product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider statement.
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
